1. How do I arrange a contract for use of the CNC machine?
Send an e-mail
message to us or contact us
by phone and we will discuss costs and arrangements with you.
All arrangements subject to standard Letter of Credit and
a deposit of 50% of agreed purchase price is payable upon
placement of an order and the balance of 50% payable upon
delivery.
2. How do I arrange to get a quote for work?
Send via fax or e-mail working drawings of your
product or project. Include quantities and specify the materials
to be used. We will then price this for you and provide our
estimates in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) or if you prefer, United
States Dollars (USD). Please note that all prices are valid
for 30 days from the date that the estimate is submitted to
you.
3. What materials do you work with?
We work with all materials subject to availability.
4. How is distribution arranged?
All freight from New Zealand is via DHL or FedEx.
We will arrange this and inform you of the applicable charges.
5. What quality standards apply?
We work to all recognised international standards
appropriate to the types of tasks that we perform.
